  2. A highly detailed description of the matter (including specific URLs, time-stamps, or proprietary asset identifiers).

  3. The exact statutory or common-law legal basis for the inquiry.

Notice: Informal messages, comments, or direct messages (DMs) sent via third-party social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) do not constitute formal, valid service of legal notice under any circumstances.

2. Structural Response Timelines

Our executive and administrative desks manage high volumes of paddock and commercial traffic. We target the following operational response windows during standard trading periods:

  • General Enquiries: 1–3 business days.

  • Merchandise & Storefront Enquiries: 3–5 business days.

  • Event & Media Bookings: Response times vary depending on track scheduling and live production availability.

Note: During live race meetings, cross-country travel deployments, or major digital media releases, response times may be extended as our frontline field teams are trackside.

3. Social License & Institutional Auditing

For Local Councils, Governing Bodies, Corporate Developers, and Venue Managers seeking independent Social License Audits, Governance Reviews or Heritage Documentation Packs:

  • Prioritization: These inquiries are routed directly to our dedicated Strategy Team to ensure regulatory, planning, and government grant deadlines are successfully met.

  • Subject Line Requirement: Please format your query with the exact heading: "URGENT: AUDIT REQUEST" to bypass standard filters.

4. Merchandise & Order Enquiries

All storefront purchases are processed through our Shopify gateway by Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd. For all order-related support questions, your email must include:

  • The full name and email address utilized at checkout.

Time Boundary: All merchandise return or fault claims must be submitted to info@nomaddirtculture.comwithin 7 days of receiving your physical order delivery, in alignment with our Cancellation & Purchase Policy.

5. Event & Track Promotion Bookings

For event media coverage, cinematic production slots, or track promotion campaigns, please ensure your request details:

  • The official Event Name and Sanctioning Body.

  • The physical Track Location and Venue Manager details.

  • The exact calendar Dates of the event.

  • The specific type of media coverage requested (e.g., Event Reels, Enhanced RAW Packages, Editorial News Features).

  • Direct corporate contact details.

Note: All trackside production bookings are strictly subject to availability, schedule routing, and formal confirmation via a written Service Level Agreement (SLA).

6. Junior Driver & Athlete Features

Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd is deeply committed to supporting the next generation of speedway and motorsport athletes. To safeguard the privacy and protection of minor competitors:

  • Initiation: A verified parent or legal guardian must personally initiate all contact regarding media features, trackside interviews or digital spotlights.

  • Consent Framework: Explicit, written parental consent is strictly required before any filming, audio recording or social media distribution occurs.

  • Editorial Control: NDC reserves the absolute right to decline, edit, or remove junior driver features that do not align with our internal safety standards, brand values or strict regulatory guidelines.

7. Respectful Communication & Code of Conduct

Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd stands firmly as the defender of a positive, unified, and resilient grassroots motorsport community. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against toxic behaviors.

We will not tolerate, under any circumstances:

  • Abusive, aggressive, or threatening language directed at our staff, creators, or partners.

  • Systematic digital or physical harassment.

  • Discriminatory or exclusionary behavior.

  • Defamation or malicious misrepresentation of the brand, its entities, or its personnel.

Enforcement Matrix: NDC reserves the absolute corporate right to refuse service, terminate active memberships, block access to all managed digital platforms, and completely cease communication with any individual or entity violating this code of conduct. Persistent harassment, corporate defamation, or unlawful conduct will be thoroughly documented and referred directly to our legal counsel for swift civil litigation.

8. Media, Sponsorship & Collaboration Requests

We welcome strategic brand alignments, media interview requests, corporate sponsorships, and creative collaborations. All incoming requests are vetted by our executive desk based on availability and values-alignment with the sovereign heritage of independent motorsport.
