Cancellation policy

All commercial transactions, storefront purchases, digital acquisitions, digital memberships, and professional service retainers are processed, managed and executed strictly by Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd. By accessing our Services, making a purchase, or maintaining an active membership, you agree to the following binding corporate terms and conditions.

 

1. Track Guardian Membership

  •  

    Corporate Assignment: All membership subscriptions, member assets, and operational portals are owned and operated by Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd. All existing and new memberships have been legally assigned to this corporate entity as part of our structured reorganisation.

  • Commitment Requirement: To safeguard the sustainability of our media projects, fund grassroots archiving, and protect physical member assets, a strict two-month minimum commitment applies to all new memberships.

  • Billing Parameters: Membership operates via an automated, recurring monthly payment framework billed at $10 AUD per month, processed through our secure corporate billing systems.

     

     

  • Cancellation Protocol: You retain the right to cancel your membership at any time through your personal account portal following the conclusion of the initial two-month mandatory commitment window.

  • Access Limitations: Upon executing a cancellation, your account will retain full access to member-only content feeds until the exact conclusion of your current active billing cycle. No partial or pro-rated refunds are provided for mid-month or mid-cycle cancellations.

2. Digital Products (RAW Clips & Pre-made Edits)

  • Final Sale / No Refunds: Due to the instant-access nature of downloadable digital assets, all commercial sales of "Enhanced RAW Clips," pre-made edits, or downloadable media assets processed through our storefront are final. Once the download link has been generated, transmitted, or accessed, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

  • File Integrity Guarantee: If you encounter a verified technical issue, file corruption, or download error with a digital asset, Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd will audit the file and provide an operational replacement download link within 48 hours of receiving your notice at our support desk.

3. Custom Media Services (Event Reels & Professional Edits)

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: All custom production agreements, trackside filming schedules, event reels, and professional editing projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to officially secure your dedicated dates in the corporate production calendar.

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation (>7 Days Notice): Cancellations submitted in writing more than 7 days prior to the scheduled event date will result in the total forfeiture of the 50% deposit but will incur no further structural billing or collection charges.

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation (<48 Hours Notice): Cancellations executed within 48 hours of the scheduled event date will be automatically billed at 100% of the total quoted project rate. This measure is strictly enforced because short-notice cancellations prevent our media team from booking alternative commercial clients.

  • Event Postponement (Weather / Official Cancelation): If an independent race meeting, speedway event, or sanctioned production date is canceled by track officials due to weather or force majeure, your 50% deposit will be fully credited toward the official rescheduled event date or a mutually agreed future production project.

4. Professional Partnerships, Brand Placements & Audits

  • SLA Governance: Major corporate event partnerships, commercial advertising packages, media distribution agreements and formal Track Governance/Social License Audits are strictly governed by their individual, executed Service Level Agreements (SLA).

  • Contractual Precedence: All legally binding terms, milestone payments, corporate delivery benchmarks and specific termination or cancellation clauses reside within those independent contracts. Please consult your specific, signed corporate agreement with Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd to review individual termination notice windows.
