Nomad Dirt Culture is operated strictly as a corporate commercial entity. Following an official structural reorganisation, the business operations, media publishing networks and consultancy arms are owned and executed by Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd.

The business name "Nomad Dirt Culture," along with all underlying operational assets, digital frameworks, and trading platforms, are utilised under a definitive commercial license from Nomad Dirt Culture IP Pty Ltd.

2. Contractual Relationships & Assigned Memberships

  • Corporate Shield: All digital agreements, terms and conditions, commercial consulting contracts and professional service relationships are held exclusively between the client/user and Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd. No personal or individual liability is assumed by its founders or officers.

  • Membership Assignment: All existing membership holders and subscription accounts are hereby formally notified that their memberships have been legally assigned from the founder to Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd as part of this corporate restructure. All operating systems are owned and run under this corporate umbrella.

3. Intellectual Property, Domain, & Vault Ownership

All proprietary assets, digital infrastructure, and historical property are split via a double-layered protection matrix:

  • The IP Vault: The domain name nomaddirtculture.com, all pending and registered trademarks, and all historic media archive accounts are exclusively owned and held by Nomad Dirt Culture IP Pty Ltd.

  • Copyright Restrictions: All cinematic content, trackside photography, written journalism, and technical audit data layouts are protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Unauthorised use, extraction, or reproduction without a specific written license executed by the Managing Director of the corporate group is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Public Interest Reporting & Fair Dealing

As a professional digital publisher and motorsport consultancy, Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd documents structural shifts, loss of social infrastructure, and land tenure challenges within the Australian motorsport landscape.

In our capacity as an independent media entity reporting on matters of significant public interest (such as track closures, heritage loss, and regulatory frameworks), we may occasionally utilize third-party media assets under the Fair Dealing provisions of Section 42 of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). These assets are deployed exclusively for the purposes of reporting, technical review, commentary, and professional auditing. The group respects the rights of original creators and will provide formal attribution or immediate removal upon verified professional request.

4. Tortious Interference & Professional Conduct

Nomad Dirt Culture is a fully accredited, independent digital news platform operated via Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd.

Any systematic attempt by third-party organizations, governing bodies, charities, or private individuals to obstruct our commercial trade, maliciously interfere with our corporate service contracts, intimidate our staff, or restrict our professional paddock operations will be comprehensively documented. The corporate group will aggressively pursue civil legal remedies, including actions for Tortious Interference and Unlawful Restraint of Trade, against any entity attempting to disrupt our commercial livelihood or devalue our business assets.

5. Media Captured in Public Spaces

Our media team captures raw photo and video content at public motorsport events, open tracks, and speedways to preserve the sport's timeline and promote its grassroots athletes.

We operate strictly within the established legal frameworks governing public photography and journalism within the Commonwealth of Australia. While we protect the rights of our media house to document history in public spaces, we maintain a prompt, respectful, and voluntary take-down service. Any individual or parent wishing to have an image of themselves or their child removed from our active digital publications may contact our media desk directly for immediate processing.

6. Governing Law

This Legal Notice, alongside all corporate operations, data management, and consultancy services of the brand, is strictly governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. All parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

7. Distinction Between Media Reporting and Professional Auditing

Nomad Dirt Culture operates strictly under a clear, dual-function structural framework:

  • Media & Digital Publishing: Content published via our social media feeds, public video channels, and standard trackside news reports constitutes Public Interest Journalism. This public layer is designed for general advocacy, community awareness, and entertainment purposes.

  • Independent Auditing & Consultancy: Professional Track Audits, Governance Reviews, and "Evidence Packs" are highly technical, data-driven documents produced exclusively under formal, confidential commercial service agreements executed directly with Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd.

The professional and legal validity of an official corporate audit relies entirely on its specific technical methodology, independent data collation, and ring-fenced consultancy framework.
