Following our official corporate reorganization, this online storefront and all related commercial logistics are owned, managed, and executed strictly by Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd. All proprietary designs and merchandise concepts are utilized under an exclusive commercial license from Nomad Dirt Culture IP Pty Ltd.

Nomad Dirt Culture operates on an efficient, high-quality print-to-order model in direct production partnership with The Tshirt Mill. This means your merchandise is custom-manufactured specifically for you after your order is officially placed and cleared.

By completing a purchase on our store, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following logistics, processing, and shipping frameworks.

1. The Print-to-Order Infrastructure

All NDC apparel lines are custom-printed and fulfilled by our specialised production partner, The Tshirt Mill. Because we prioritise design exclusivity and sustainability, we do not hold bulk physical inventory.

Once your order is successfully cleared through our Shopify gateway:

  • The transaction metrics are instantly routed to production.

  • The specific garment variant is custom-printed, cured and finished specifically for you.

  • The completed order is securely packaged and shipped directly from the central production facility.

2. Processing & Production Timelines

Because every garment is individually manufactured upon request, order fulfillment requires dedicated production windows before final dispatch:

  • Standard Production Window: Please allow 3–7 business days for custom garment printing, quality control inspection and packaging at the facility.

  • Transit Window: Standard shipping transit times apply in addition to the production window, depending entirely on your geographical location and the carrier selected at checkout.

  • Peak Volume Extensions: During peak commercial periods, seasonal holidays, limited-edition legacy drops, or major trackside event releases, production fulfilment times at the facility may increase.

3. Shipping Costs & Partner-Fixed Rates

  • Fixed Valuation: All shipping rates are set, managed, and fixed entirely by The Tshirt Mill based on live commercial freight indexes. Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd does not control, adjust, mark up, or manipulate these shipping fees.

  • Checkout Calculation: Exact shipping fees are dynamically calculated at the point of checkout based on:

    1. The specified delivery location.

    2. The total physical weight and volume of the order.

    3. Live carrier and courier freight rates.

  • Agreement: By finalising your transaction, you explicitly acknowledge that all shipping costs are calculated by our external fulfillment partner and remain completely outside of NDC's operational control.

4. Delivery Responsibility & Carrier Protocols

  • Carrier Custody: The moment your order is formally dispatched from the production facility, custody transfers to the designated shipping carrier. All subsequent delivery timelines, tracking scans, and transit management are handled entirely by the shipping carrier.

  • Exclusion of Liability: Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd assumes zero legal or financial liability for postal delays, customs holds, transit hold-ups, or delivery disruptions caused by third-party carrier operations.

  • Address Accountability: Customers are strictly responsible for inputting 100% accurate, verifiable, and complete shipping details at checkout. NDC assumes no liability for lost, delayed or misdirected parcels resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address data provided by the customer.

5. Split Shipments (Multiple Items)

If your purchase comprises multiple distinct apparel types, colors or mixed merchandise lines, your products may occasionally be dispatched in separate packages. This split shipping occurs because different items may enter separate queues within the production schedule at the facility. You will receive dedicated tracking details for each independent shipment.

6. Order Issues & Support Requests

If you experience an operational issue with your shipment, delivery data or tracking link, our customer support desk is standing by to assist:
