Nomad Dirt Culture is committed to providing high-quality, authentic merchandise that represents grassroots speedway culture and supports the next generation of motorsport athletes.
Following our official corporate reorganization, this online store and all related transactional fulfillment operations are owned, managed, and executed strictly by Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd. All proprietary designs, trademarks, and merchandise concepts are utilized under an exclusive commercial license from Nomad Dirt Culture IP Pty Ltd.
By placing an order, maintaining a digital subscription, or purchasing merchandise from our platform, you explicitly agree to the following legally binding store terms and policies.
1. General Information
-
Corporate Framework: Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd operates as an independent digital media house, publication network, and motorsport merchandise storefront.
-
Policy Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify, update, or structurally alter these store policies at any time without prior notice to reflect operational updates or production changes.
-
Primary Storefront Support Desk: For all order inquiries, updates, and tracking requests, contact our team at: info@nomaddirtculture.com
2. Orders, Currency & Payments
-
Currency Standard: All retail prices listed across our storefront are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and are inclusive of standard local transaction processing frameworks.
-
Fulfillment Trigger: Orders must be cleared and paid in full via our secure Shopify payment gateways before production, printing, or warehousing allocation commences.
-
Right of Refusal: We reserve the absolute corporate right to cancel, flag, or refuse any commercial order at our sole discretion (e.g., automated fraud alerts, system exploitation, or breach of our community code of conduct).
-
Pricing Discrepancies: In the rare event of a backend technical glitch causing a pricing error, affected customers will be contacted immediately before order fulfillment to rectify or cancel the transaction.
-
Order Modifications: Once an order is pushed into our automated system, changes to items, sizing, or delivery details cannot be guaranteed due to rapid warehouse routing.
3. Shipping & Made-to-Order Warehouse Processing
-
The Made-to-Order Queue: To remain sustainable and offer highly custom, limited-edition designs, our apparel and merchandise lines are largely made-to-order. This means your item is uniquely printed and customized by our specialized printing warehouse after your order is confirmed.
-
Processing Timelines: Please allow 3–7 business days for standard item allocation, plus an additional 4–5 business days for our printing warehouse to custom print, inspect, and package your items before dispatch. Pre-orders or limited-edition media drops may require extended handling windows as stated at the time of purchase.
-
Transit Performance: Final delivery timeframes depend entirely on the postal carriers and customs protocols assigned at checkout. Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd is not legally responsible for transport delays caused by courier logistics, custom clearances, industrial actions, or adverse weather conditions.
-
Address Accountability: Customers are strictly responsible for inputting 100% accurate, complete shipping destination details at checkout. Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd assumes zero liability for lost, misdirected, or returned items caused by incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
4. Pre-Orders & Limited-Edition Drops
-
Production Timing: Production for dedicated pre-orders commences immediately after the specified digital order window closes. Estimated fulfillment timelines will be clearly noted on the active product page.
-
Lock-In Status: Pre-orders enter an automated manufacturing system and cannot be cancelled or refundedonce the production cycle has formally started.
-
Inventory Scarcity: Limited-edition legacy items are run in single batches to preserve archival rarity and will not be restocked once inventory is exhausted.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Change of Mind
-
No Change-of-Mind Refunds: Due to the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our print-on-demand merchandise and strict hygiene standards for apparel, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please consult our metrics carefully before checking out.
-
Valid Operational Coverage: We will provide an exchange, store credit, or replacement item strictly if:
-
The physical product is verified as manufacturing-faulty.
-
The item arrives physically damaged from transit.
-
The wrong product, size or custom print variant was mistakenly shipped.
-
-
The 7-Day Notification Window: You must notify our customer support team at
info@nomaddirtculture.comwithin 7 days of physical delivery. Your notice must include your order number, a clear description of the defect and high-resolution photo evidence of the fault or mistake. -
Return Transport Logistics: Customers may be required to cover initial return shipping costs until our fulfilment warehouse inspects and formally verifies the item as a manufacturing fault, at which point valid return costs will be compensated.
6. Refund Process & Warehouse Clearance
-
Fulfillment Validation: Financial refunds will strictly be authorized only if a product is conclusively proven faulty and an identical replacement variant cannot be produced or sourced by our printing warehouse.
-
Gateway Remittance: Approved refunds are routed directly through our Shopify processing systems back to the original payment method used at checkout. Because this workflow coordinates directly with our commercial printing warehouse and payment processors, please allow standard banking cycles for the credit to clear into your account.
7. Intellectual Property Vault
-
Sovereign Assets: All graphics, speedway logs, cinematic content, historical photography collections, typography structures, and physical merchandise concepts are the exclusive property of Nomad Dirt Culture IP Pty Ltd.
-
Usage Enforcement: Any unauthorised commercial reproduction, secondary market resale, digital modification or public distribution of our designs without an explicit, signed commercial license from the corporate group's Managing Director is strictly illegal and will trigger direct legal asset protection enforcement.
8. Paddock Code of Conduct & Refusal of Service
Nomad Dirt Culture Pty Ltd exists to champion and defend the true spirit of grassroots motorsport. We operate our storefront under a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. We reserve the absolute corporate right to refuse service, cancel orders, block user accounts, and terminate digital subscriptions for any individual or entity engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory or harmful behaviour toward our staff, creators or paddock community members.
9. Integrated Data & Privacy
All personal information captured during order processing, transaction checkouts, or subscription sign-ups is handled with strict confidentiality. Data is utilised exclusively for order fulfillment, logistics delivery and direct marketing communications (if you explicitly opt-in). We never sell or distribute customer databases to third parties beyond what is required to execute payment gateway clearing and physical courier delivery.
