David is a true custodian of our history. Having worked closely for years with the legendary Peter White (Speedway World), he has dedicated his craft to meticulously illustrating the “Greats of Australian Speedway.” His passion lies in bringing faded memories back to life, ensuring the icons of our past remain vivid for the stars of our future.
His latest mission? Capturing the raw power and generational legacy of Big Bad Johno, Ron Johnson.
Using rare archival references including shots of Les Bertwhistle (Ron Johnson’s passenger). David breathes new life into the moments that defined an era. We are proud to feature his work as a vital pillar of our mission to protect and verify the sport’s heritage.
