FROM A SUITCASE & ESKY TO BACK-TO-BACK AMERICAN CHAMPIONSHIPS: TOM DRANE BIDS FAREWELL TO ESTENSON RACING

Five years ago, an Australian kid packed a suitcase, green and gold leathers, an esky, and his KTM before heading across the globe with a singular dream: to conquer American Flat Track. Today, back-to-back Progressive American Flat Track Singles Champion Tom Drane officially turns the page on a defining era of his racing career.

In an emotional tribute released across his official channels, Drane expressed deep gratitude to Estenson Racing, team owners Tim and Traci Estenson, mentor Tommy Hayden, and his dedicated crew following four years of landmark success on U.S. soil.

"Five years ago, I took a chance and headed to the USA... chasing a dream of becoming an American Flat Track racer. Little did I know it would lead me to Estenson Racing—a team that saw something in me, took a chance on me, and helped turn that dream into reality," shared Drane.

Under the Estenson Racing banner and backed by Yamaha Motor USA and Yamaha bLU cRU, Drane cemented his status as a global flat track powerhouse, securing both the 2025 and 2026 American Flat Track Singles Championships.

Extending heart-felt appreciation to team owners Tim and Traci Estenson, mentor Tommy Hayden, and mechanics Dustin, Ken, Nick, Caleb, Scottie, Joey, and Woo, Drane emphasized that every victory was the product of a relentless team effort.

While one legendary chapter closes with Estenson Racing, the Australian champion signaled that his American journey is far from over:
