WILLOWBANK, QLD
As the sun dips below the horizon in Willowbank, Queensland Raceway undergoes a fierce, high-octane transformation. The track temperatures plummet, turbo boost hits harder and the margin for error completely disappears into the darkness.
Running across three action-packed days, Fight In The Night 2026 (August 14th–16th) returns as Queensland Raceway's marquee night endurance spectacle. Combining high-stakes circuit endurance, tyre-shredding drifting and a massive trackside fireworks display, it is built to be a total sensory overload for motorsport fans.
The Heart of the Action: 300km Night Warfare & Pyrotechnics
At its core, Fight In The Night isn't a standard track meet—it is an ultimate test of strategy, stamina and mechanical endurance.
-
The Main Event: Production sports cars and endurance machines go toe-to-toe in a high-stakes 300km battle under the floodlights. Spectators will witness glowing red brake rotors diving into Turn 1, twin-turbos spitting flames down the straights, and live pit-lane refuelling and driver swaps in total darkness.
-
Hot Drifting Action: Parallel to the endurance circuit warfare, high-powered drift rigs will tear up the drift pad, throwing massive clouds of smoke under the arena lights.
-
The Spectacle: Adding to the night-time festival vibe, a spectacular fireworks show will illuminate the night sky directly over the circuit, paired with trackside camping, food trucks and a family-friendly atmosphere.
The Digital Archive: Preserving History for 40 Years
