The motorsport community is in mourning following the tragic passing of 30-year-old sprint car driver Jason Reed of Elma, Washington. It was reported that Jason lost his life following a motor vehicle accident on I-5.
Pilot of the #97R Sprint Car, Jason was a deeply respected figure in the local Pacific Northwest racing scene and a fierce competitor on the dirt. Known for his dedication to the sport, his passion behind the wheel, and his deep roots in the grassroots community, Jason touched the lives of countless drivers, crew members and fans throughout his career.
